Beginnings Montessori School is seeking an experienced Upper Elementary Lead Guide to join our growing school. The objective of this role is to lead an Upper Elementary classroom of students ages 9-12 years old, in accordance with our core values.

The Person:

The Requirements:
- Montessori certification at the Upper Elementary level or willingness to complete training
- Familiarity or experience with the Montessori approach to learning
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Possess an undergraduate degree
- Proficiency with upper elementary learning concepts
- Strong classroom management skills that honor the upper elementary student’s developmental level
